TERMS

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the service. If you are under 18, you may only make purchases with the consent of a parent or guardian.

The service offers the following purchasable items:

• candle bundles;
• epitaph lines;
• watchers' field stones;
• monument contributions.

All items are digital, non-functional, permanent commemorative items. They have no utility, grant no gameplay advantage, and give you no ownership of any physical object, security, token, or asset. They exist solely as commemorative entries displayed on the memorial.

Commemorative items you buy are permanent. When a generation of the button dies, your item remains on the memorial across all subsequent generations. The permanence of the item is the product you are buying.

The button is intended to die. When no one presses it before its timer reaches zero, the generation ends and is memorialised. This is a deliberately designed behaviour of the service, not a defect, error, or failure, and it is never grounds for a claim that the service did not work as described.

We provide the service "as is" and make no guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or continued availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time. Commemorative items depend on the continued operation of the service and cannot be guaranteed to exist in perpetuity if the service ceases.

You are responsible for any text you submit, including epitaph lines, guestbook messages, and stone inscriptions. You must not submit content that:

• is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or threatening;
• infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• contains personal data of others without their consent;
• is spam, advertising, or malicious content;
• impersonates another person or entity.

By submitting text you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, store, and reproduce it as part of the memorial for as long as the service operates.

We may review, filter, refuse, edit, remove, or anonymise any user-submitted content at our discretion, and may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations. Because commemorative items are permanent, removal of abusive content may take the form of anonymisation or redaction rather than deletion.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and related mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

We retain all rights in the service and its software, design, and branding. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service or circumvent its technical limits.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ragole BV is established.
